in the music world and the rest of the world you have things you do not like, but as they say the show must go on-which you do not know about yet. you are the ones who brought it on as a racist thing. the dictionary does not mention racism in their definition of nigger-no i do not like the word much myself because how i was raised but if they can call themselves that name why cannot a band. if a band is called honky, whitey or any of the slang names for the white people would you not play. i am not racist and i love the opposite races but if you are going to start playing with borders you will not get too many shows. also what about the swear words is that okay???

----------------------My Reply-----------------------------

please don't talk to me about the show must go on. and like i don't know that yet. you do not know me. that is about as ignorant as some of your other sentences.

i am a professional musician. that is how i earn my living. i have never had a day job. i am about to turn 34.

i have always played in bands. starting with my first when i was 14.

toured the us and canada for 2 years in the early 90's. played over 400 shows with that band alone.

i have played with Bill Pettijohn's legendary tribute to the Doors, Moonlight Drive for the last 8 years. with over 100 shows with that band with the last one being at the house of blues for almost 800 people. and that is by know means the largest crowd i have been in front.

i played in a Metallica tribute who opened for Metallica themselves in 98.

i have opened for Lyrnryd Skyrnryd ( that is not spelled right but i am not looking it up, call me ignorant if you must) in front of 15, 000 people.

i have just scratched the surfaces of my music career. if you would like to talk about my education. let me know. i will let you in on that too.

so again, you don't know me. when we make statements about things we know little about.....that is ignorance.

and i don't know how old the guys in SOS are. i am sorry they didn't get to play the show. but there will be plently more.

i did what was right. AND i did not trash the show. take that out on HM.

and also know that this is only beginning, so unless the boys of SOS are ready, i would suggest they drop this whole thing.

we are an anti racist band. fight us if they feel they must. but not sure what others are going to think. here is the number for the naacp. call it and discuss this issue with them.

216 231-6260

they know what is going on.

that is it.

i am sorry the show got trashed.

teague

ps. and no we would not play with a band whatever words you said. that isn't right either. and it makes me very sad that people won't stand up for anything.
